Our Core Principle: Bring Your Own Tenant (BYOT)
- The Product runs entirely within your Microsoft Fabric tenant
- All data processing occurs within your existing infrastructure
- No customer data is transmitted to AIVIA or any third party
- We do not host, store, or have access to your data

- We do not collect or access your SQL source code
- We do not collect or access your database contents
- We do not collect or access your knowledge graph data
- We do not collect or access user queries to the Data Agent
- We do not use your data to train any AI or machine learning models

When you visit our website, we may collect:
- Standard web analytics (page views, referral sources) via privacy-respecting analytics
- Information you voluntarily provide through contact forms (name, email, message)
Product Users
When you subscribe to the Product through Microsoft Commercial Marketplace:
- Subscription information: Your organization name, subscription plan, and billing details (managed by Microsoft through the Marketplace)

HIPAA Compliance
AIVIA is designed for use in healthcare environments. Because the Product operates entirely within your tenant:
- Your organization maintains full control over Protected Health Information (PHI)
- AIVIA does not create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI on your behalf
- No Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required with AIVIA, as we never access your data
- Your existing HIPAA compliance controls within Microsoft Fabric remain fully in effect
GDPR Compliance
For users in the European Economic Area:
- AIVIA does not process personal data from your databases — all processing occurs within your own infrastructure
- For website and subscription data, our legal basis for processing is legitimate business interest and contractual necessity
- You may contact us to exercise your data protection rights under GDPR
Children's Privacy
The Product is designed for enterprise use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
